For the Adventure and Travel Monthly theme, I have some old creations I never uploaded and some projects I've not had time to even begin :
some OFB diving items to sell and buy
some diving bodyshop accessories
some lots I had made for a building contest a long time ago and even the corresponding neighborhood
and (the one project that definitly can't be done in 2 monthes) a mod for sims to dive when swimming in the sea...
As you will see, I will have time for neither of those. What a pity !

It's been a long time, but I was reading the "hacks youwant" forum and saw that from Rosebine : I would like a special interaction. Similar to aging Townies, but for twins, triplets..etc. One click on the cake, age who?..Lulu, Tom, Pom. Then they all jump'N turn together. here you go. All 3 wishes furfilled, all guests happy etc.
Perhaps I'll do it some day.
But right now, I'm working on diving equipments and lots for my Atlantis holiday subhood (for the contest "built a resort").

December theme : Winter Wonderland

I'll definitely go for the theme this month.
I'll test on GOS and perhaps on MTS if they accept my downloads ...
- My first idea is a whole vacation neighbourhood to meet a custom NPC, the yeti ! (made out of big foot with some original interactions / animations) However it will be difficult and there's no time left.
- I got an idea today : it's an old project of mine. I wanted to be able to wear out all that pull over and coat in outwear category to wear some less warm cloth in every day category but some that will still match the outwear ! So that when you enter the house you don't just suddenly wear a totally different cloth and shoes ...
I had already done one outfit and I found some samples on the web for a few hours.
I think that second project is promissing and doable in the time left.
- Just thought about a new idea : a secret Hobby Lot that is in fact the santa claus house !!! You have to get an invitation from santa himself, but for that, I have to finish my custom NPC caribean santa !
- That one santa. However, I'm working on it for two years now, so it won't come out, not this month.
Just got new ideas :
- I love simwardrobe presents. A smart one that provides something according to the aspiration of the sim opening it would be great.
- In my country, pupils just love wearing red and white oufits (not santa) the last day of school before christmas, it's like a tradition. I could do a red and white version of the uniform if I was good at texturing ...

I've done it : I've transferred all interactions from the NPC to the Podium !
And it wasn't an easy task ...
Moreover, I've cleaned up a little so that there's less useless files in the packages.
Then I succeed in adding the possibility to move the podium with the NPC on it. You can't delete it yet, though.
I'm tired, I wanted to put it to testing area but it's still a little buggy.
I'll see ...

Remove NPC

I'm moving the interaction "Remove NPC" from the NPC to the Podium ; and I hope it will work, because if it works, it means that moving the other interactions (choose poses / clothes / category oufit) is possible too.
For now, it seems to work but without the "sub - set stack to NPC" : it has to be done in the first BHAV "remove NPC".
Moreover, it will be fun if all characters in the room could react in horror when the NPC fled.
For now, it's not working according to my plan ... but it's better than nothing ! So it works on the podium but there's no reaction from the sims viewing it when the NPC flees.

There, it's done : I have posted the mannequin on the test forum. With some feedbacks, I might be able to post it on MTS before the end of the month.
But there's not yet all the interactions / possibilities that I had dreamed of. We'll see what we'll get in the future.

Mannequin : the return ?

I've a day to look around, so I'll examine the human NPC. It seems that it is not really safe to manipulate. Moreover, the GLOBAL "NPC Create OOW" isn't usable without default replacing the human NPC ; so I've tried to create my own line in Primitive Constant 132 to use GLOBAL "NPC Create OOW" but it doesn't work : the controller NPC pool doesn't recognize it.
I'll see that later, for now I'll try to transfer all informations of Mannequin's pie menu to the podium instead of the NPC, inspiring myself from the human statue :
- Save NPC ID in the podium => create attribute "NPC ID" - OK ! - It seems that it was all that was needed for the NPC to keep the same pose and outfit category (but not the outfit itself), but only if you say yes to the saving when quiting. If you save separatly, then quit, it won't save the NPC.
=> create a retrieve Mannequin BHAV ?
=> create a loading BHAV that will use the attribute "NPC ID"
- Keep NPC informations in the podium
=> create attributes "Chosen Pose" & "Chosen Outfit Category" to keep them - OK ! -
=> create several links in the NPC to "My Container Id" in order to transfer informations to the podium - OK ! -
Is it still necessary ? Yes, for the mannequin's pose not to be resetted when changing outfit.
- Cut the "Customize" Interaction in several different interactions (one for each outfit category - OK ! - + one for buy jewel + one for change appearance)
- Add a system to choose the age of Mannequin in Community (not start live) => one recolor = one age ?
- Block all customize & category interaction with guardian + Add Unpack interaction & guardian + add skin unpack + change init category in naked => when first init, there's only the interaction "unpack" and it is alwys in an unpack appearence
NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT GLOBAL DR OF AN NPC => only guardians are - OK ! -

Truly Customisable Mannequin : The Anonymous Plastic Mannequin NPC !
Hi,
meet my shopping male adult mannequin that can wear nearly anything !!!!
History of The Idea :
I get The original idea from Zarathustra on the forum thread "Hacks & CC that you'd like to see!".
It seemed possible to do it if the Mannequin was an NPC, and it was worth trying. But I decided to start by Adult Male. At last, there must be one for each age group in each gender. I've been working on it since August 8th, quasi non stop !
It's an Object Mod (a podium : Poly count should be 30 faces) and a totally not template new NPC (the equivalent poly count of most sims,ie - quite high), so it doesn't override anything in the game.
You have to buy the podium >general >misc. and the mannequin just appears on it !
N.B. : You can't move the podium once the mannequin has been spawned. So just delete the mannequin and buy a new podium !
Features :
> Choose one outfit for the Anonymous Mannequin in each outfit category simultaneously (casual, outwear, ...)
> Get him jewels, and, if you don't have any, just buy them beforehand, for free ! The jewels bought with that interaction will appear in the mirror choices of the user's first family that has moved in.
> Get him for free a hat or whatever accessory you want, even facial hair and mask ! (if you really want an hairy and funny mannequin ...). If you choose a hat, you might get the wig with it !
It's a male adult, so don't expect to dress it with a dress ! (or any female or no adult outfit or accessory) There won't be a feature in this object mod to make it female or teen or elder ... It won't work (and should be hard to customize if the user want different mannequins on different lots). It can be made by creating a totally new object mod, though.
> Then choose one category outfit for him to wear effectively (casual, swimwear, ...)
> Choose the mannequin's position too ! (there's 10 Maxis Base Game Animation Poses - But you can suggest better ones in the comments, I'll see what I can do)
> And, the last but not the least ... Get to View an Handsome Looking and Realistic Male Mannequin ! (it will slowly boost a sim's Fun Motive)
About the last feature, I'm not quite good but I tried to picture lifeless mannequin eyes and a plastic bag as the first outfit (as if you just buy the object and you have to unpack it !) : the outfit and eyes are totally invisible in CAS and are required, althought the outfit sisn't required anymore after you first changed the clothes. I used maxis mannequin skin, so :
1- it might vary if you have a default replacement.
2- DON'T TRY TO HAVE BABIES WITH IT, it will crash your game !
Furthermore, when making this wonder, I decided to add a few funny and sometimes realistic features. To preserve the surprise, I won't say anything more : you just have to download and see...
> The Mannequin become a little crazy in its movements when a sim tries to change its pose.
> When a sim tries to throw it to garbage, it flees !
> On community lots, the Mod will randomly choose a pose and a category outfit. (feature added due to olc's comment)
How to use it in different types of shop :
> On a home business lot : buy a podium and customize the mannequin in live mode as you wish. If you want many, just buy many podiums, then customize individually each mannequin ! Advice : Choose the pose after the oufits. Quiting game erase the settings (category outfit & pose) but going on community lot don't.
> On a community lot that you don't own :
If you don't want it to appear each time in the plastic outfit (cause it will respawn each time the lot is loading and it won't be customizable by customers)
1- Get one on your residential lot and open a commerce at home
2- Customize it as you wish
3- Delete it, close definitively your home business and quit your residential lot (saving is not needed)
4- Open community lot (without a family selected)
5- Buy a podium and place it where you want
6- Go to a family and make them go to the community : the mannequin in the community lot should spawn in the outfit and accessories that you just chose on your residential lot ! The Mod will randomly choose a pose and a category outfit the first time, then it won't change anymore.
> On a community lot that you own : It doesn't really work...
Bug Known and to know :
> As soon as you change clothes for the first time, all future mannequin will wear the same outfit when they'll be spawned : you can "unpack" it only once. BUT you can change clothes afterwards for the one you just spawned and the others too !
As a consequence, When a lot is reloaded, the clothes shown are always the last selected, and when you quit game, your settings (category outfit & pose) will be saved only on community lot.
> It won't stop move its head towards passerby (within one square around him) ! => It's not really realistic but I've tried anything I could thought about, so if you have a clue, let me know in the comments. Just think that it is some haunted mannequin
> when you buy jewels, the first family that moved in will get the jewels too... It's not really a bug but it might be annoying for you, so now you know
> When you choose category outfit or customize the mannequin, his pose is automaticly reseted to zero. It's not really a bug : it was necessary for the features to work.
I cloned the Echo's Clown NPC and redid almost all the BHAVs. It will be spawned only on that podium
It's not a global mod but I did use the Maxis semi attribute "Idle - Anim - Pose Type" and I think it might be BV...
I had to use a family number other than the NPC's to get jewels : I chose 0x0001, so it's the reason they appear in the user's first family that has moved in.
Of course, there's a new GUID for both packages and the recolor works for my creation only, whereas recolors for Echo's Clown podium don't work for my creation.
And about the main functions (Choose outfits and accessories), I used Pescado's Clothing Tool Mods and lightened it. So all the tests for different EPs was already done !
What you get :

> the outfit Required
> the eyes Required
> a wooden recolor Optional
Requirements :
All Animations and features are custom or from Base Game, even though EPs have been taking care of. BUT I have all expansions and no feedback, so to be safe, I'll say appart life is required...

I used Echo's Clown as a clone (but it won't override it).
I used a lot of lines in the wonderful Pescado's Clothing Tool Mods, too.
